Shipping Instructions:

  1. Pack cell phone(s) to be returned in a sturdy box or padded envelope (use the same box if possible).   Please make sure the battery is attached to phone. If you received a charger, please include in the box/envelope.   Please wrap the phone in bubble wrap, newspaper, or other protective wrap to protect it from damage during shipping.
  2. Please include your original packing list.
  3. Seal the package with strong tape.
  4. Mail the box/envelope to:

    We recommend using USPS priority mail (with tracking) to serve as proof of delivery.
